The NCSC can be reached on working days from 08:00 to 17:00. In the event of cyber incidents, the NCSC operates 24/7.

The NCSC serves as the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) for critical and essential organisations in certain sectors in the Netherlands. The NCSC operates a cyber incident reporting line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Organisations can send reports to cert@ncsc.nl.
