The NCSC operates a cyber incident reporting line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For non-urgent matters or general queries: we are always open to your questions, feedback, or ideas about our services. Below you can find how to reach us.
Do you need immediate assistance?
In the event of a cyber incident within your organisation, you can reach us 24/7. You can report the incident or contact us through our 24/7 support service.
If you are a citizen and have become a victim of cybercrime, please contact the police or the Fraudehelpdesk.

Opening hours
The NCSC can be reached on working days from 08:00 to 17:00. In the event of cyber incidents, the NCSC operates 24/7.

The NCSC serves as the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) for critical and essential organisations in certain sectors in the Netherlands. The NCSC operates a cyber incident reporting line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Organisations can send reports to cert@ncsc.nl.
