Create an official report

Report a cyber incident

Report a serious cybersecurity incident to the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC-NL). Use this form to submit a mandatory Wbni report or voluntarily report a cyber incident affecting your organisation.

Disclose a vulnerability (CVD)

If you find a technical vulnerability in one of the Dutch Central Government's systems, you can report the identified vulnerability to the National Cyber Security Centre. This is known as a Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure or CVD.
